The Unhealthy Diets of the BIG 9 Health Markets

We looked at the average diets for nine different countries. They were chosen as India, China and the seven biggest health markets. These averages hide a huge amount of variation inside countries, but they do include some interesting insights. Nearly everyone eats a constant amount of carbohydrate, the French eat more fat then anyone while Americans have the sweetest tooth!
