Beer Efficiency Score

St. Paddy’s Day is pretty much here, meaning everyone’s going to be enjoying more pints than usual over the weekend. This infographic highlights the various advantages that Guinness and other types of beer can have on various areas of the body (when consumed in moderate quantities, of course). If you’re more concerned with clocking the calories then rest assured that a pint of OJ has more calories that Guinness or beer, or that a bottle of the lowest calorie beer would only take 10 minutes to work off.
