Most of us want to diet, but with the influx of fad diets that we’re subjected to, it may be overwhelming trying to find which diet is right for us. The number one factor in choosing a diet that most of us look at is whether or not it’s effective. Although this is by no means unimportant, a more commonly overlooked factor is whether you would actually want to eat it. Although diets are associated with eating things that you don’t want to eat, there is enough of an assortment that you can effectively choose a diet that you would want to it (unless your idea of a diet includes iced cream and candy).
